Yes, the Merrimac Ferry is completely free to use. Lucky’s Lodge is conveniently located about five minutes from the ferry terminal, which connects Okee and Merrimac across the Wisconsin River and Lake Wisconsin.
Operating nearly 24/7 from April through November, the ferry takes approximately seven minutes per crossing and accommodates vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists. Its proximity makes Lucky’s Lodge one of the most convenient places to stay near the Merrimac Ferry, whether you’re exploring both sides of the lake or passing through the area.
